Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC 5 Axis and Mill Turn skilled professionals to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC 5 Axis and Mill Turn machines to produce high-precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their optimal functioning.
- Inspect finished products to meet the required quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with 5 Axis and Mill Turn machines.
- Proficiency in machine programming and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge in CNC machining.
