Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC 5 Axis and Mill Turn skilled professionals to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for precision machining and a desire to work with cutting-edge equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate CNC 5 Axis and Mill Turn machines to produce high-precision components.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their optimal functioning.
Inspect finished products to meet the required quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with 5 Axis and Mill Turn machines.
Proficiency in machine programming and operation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
Knowledge of machine maintenance and care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge in CNC machining.
