An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of OD and Inclusion, for 3 months in the first instance. Hybrid working will be supported.Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the OD and L&D function;
- Assuming operational responsibility for the delivery of relevant aspects of the strategy;
- Providing specialist expertise in embedding a diverse and inclusive workplace and culture, including developing the expertise and knowledge of the Board, Executive Team, managers, and employees on matters relating to diversity and inclusion;
- Supporting specific service improvement projects, develop and improve teams and team working;
- Developing and implementing a talent management and leadership frameworks that supports succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of leading OD and L&D functions at this level within the NHS;
- CIPD qualification;
- Specialist OD certification;
- HLM 360-degree facilitator;
- Knowledge of education frameworks, quality assurance processes and NHS training pathways for clinical and non-clinical staff;
- Experience of reporting via ESR and/or Oracle systems;
- Extensive experience of designing, delivering and evaluating a range of OD interventions to deliver improved outcomes and performance.
